What is Leland Blue?
Leland Blue is a slag leftover byproduct made the Industrial smelting industry in Leland, Michigan. It is a mixture of blue glass with other chemical byproducts causing the slag to appear blue, purple, gray, and green. This is a "stone" that can only be found in Leland, Michigan making it a rare and fun find!
